We are one of two in Europe and one of few conglomerates in the world that produce medical gloves in Asia (we have a production plant in Thailand) and distribute them. We are expanding existing product groups: protective and household gloves, small-sized non-woven fabric products and surgical draping. At the end of 2018, we launched the second nitrile glove factory in Thailand.

Each application is important to us, so we will analyse your application carefully. In the selection of candidates, we focus primarily on the experience and skills that we are looking for in the specific area.

At this stage, we contact the candidates selected in the previous stage. This is a great time to learn more about you and a perfect opportunity for you to ask us questions about important matters. During a telephone conversation we would like to find out about your motivation and professional experience. We will present you the details of the position and subsequent steps in the recruitment processes, and we will also specify the time when you can expect feedback.

The message to confirm that the process of telephone conversations has been completed will be provided within the specified time to all candidates who participated in recruitment at this stage. We will arrange a meeting at a convenient time with selected candidates. You will receive an email invitation together with all the details.

The conversation may be conducted in the form of a direct meeting or video conferencing. You will personally meet the manager of the team you are applying for, and the recruiter who talked with you on the telephone. Together with the manager we will tell you about the tasks and challenges associated with the specific position. You will learn what the team looks like and what is the mission specific to the position you are applying for. Technical matters important for the area concerned will also be discussed. Depending on the position you are applying for, we may ask you for another meeting with the member of the Management Board responsible for the specific division.

Feedback will also be communicated within the agreed time. The recruiter will contact all candidates who participated in the meetings.

I have been working at Mercator Medical since February 2011. Thanks to working at Mercator I have deepened my knowledge of computer programmes (mainly MS Office), gained negotiation skills, and learned how to maintain continuous contacts with contractors and, in many cases, even long-term cooperation and building relationships with clients. I’m interested in experimental chemistry, chemical engineering, environmental protection technology as well as cosmetology.

In the beginning, thanks to the competences of people who trained me, I quickly gained knowledge in both public procurement procedures and law as well as the products offered. The company trusted me, allowing me to decide for myself how I would work and conduct conversations, as well as which training courses and conferences I would attend. I spend my free time primarily with my family – my husband and two sons. We love travelling, especially mountain hiking, hot springs and castles.
